The following plans, constituted Phase 1 of the community Landscape Masterplan and were created for the Colonia Encantada Landscape Committee in 2019. The plans were approved by the Board of Directors in January 2020. The areas targeted were those common to the community or prone to water runoff. These plans are superseded by the Phase 2 Landscape Masterplan.
